When is the RSVP deadline?
We ask that guests submit their RSVPs no later than July 12, 2026 to leave time for seating arrangements, catering choices, and any special accommodations necessary.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at 3:30PM (EST) to leave time for parking, walking to the vineyard, and settling into your seats. Our ceremony begins at 4:00PM.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is lots of parking on-site at the venue including accessible parking and ramps.
Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?
Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the vineyard. The reception will take place indoors inside the winery's banquet hall.
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Yes, both the ceremony and reception take place at Kingsville Pelee Island Winery & Vineyard. The ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoors at the same location.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate during the ceremony?
We've got a backup plan! If there's rain or any weather interruptions, the ceremony will be held inside the banquet hall.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Our photographer will be capturing special moments during the ceremony that will be shared with all guests once they are made available. We kindly ask that phones are silenced and put away during the ceremony.
Can I bring my kids to the ceremony and reception?
Yes! We would love to celebrate with the whole family, babies and kids included. For families with young ones, your invitation is also extended to your children.
Are there accessibility accommodations available?
Elevators, wheelchair access, and accessible parking are available.
